The 15th Annual Brazos Valley Empty Bowls will be a little different this year because of COVID-19.  But due to the overwhelming need in our community, we are carrying on to support the Brazos Valley Food Bank and our neighbors! 

 

This year, we are sending you home with the clay you need to create your very own hand-built bowl!

For $30 you get an Empty Bowls Pottery To-Go Kit: 2 pounds of raw clay and a link to a 20-minute instructional video outlining all the steps for two different handbuilding techniques.  Using tools you can find in your own kitchen and backyard, you will be able to create beautiful dishes that you can use everyday.  Here are two examples of hand-built bowls before they have been glazed and fired:

Once you  have ordered your kit, you can pick it up at the studio, build your bowl at home, and then bring it back for glazing and firing.

When it is finished we'll call you for pick up... and YOU keep the bowl!  Your finished product will be microwave and dishwasher safe - perfect for everyday use!

$15 of every Empty Bowls Pottery To-Go Kit will be donated to the Brazos Valley Food Bank.
